Senior Peace-of-Mind Plan
(for homeowners age 55+)You live independently but wisely think twice about balancing on ladders, teetering on chairs, or doing the heavy lifting that's sometimes needed to care for all the regular maintenance on your home. Or you may be too busy consulting, traveling or golfing to spend your time puttering around the house. For the special discounted senior rate* of $135.00 per month** (includes 3 hours minimum labor only), your handyman will make regularly scheduled monthly visits to check on your home, inside and out, answer your questions, and promptly take care of any needed repairs or maintenance.
Seasonal Plan
(biannual TLC for your home)Each autumn we will winterize your home and make it snug before cold weather sets in, maximizing efficiency to save energy and money on heating bills (e.g., crawlspace vents closed, pipes insulated, etc.)
When the weather turns warm in the spring, we will open crawlspace vents, check attic ventilation, redirect HVAC registers where needed, and inspect for any problems that might impede efficient air flow or exacerbate summer allergies. Rate is $165.00 biannually.**
Real Estate Investors'/Foreclosure Plan
(for unoccupied properties)Your handyman will arrive each month to perform any necessary maintenance needed to keep an unoccupied property in top shape for immediate resale (e.g., mow grass/landscaping, clean up trash, check for leaks or blown bulbs, clean as needed, etc.). $200/month** includes 4 hours labor. This plan covers minor repairs only. Before we make major repairs, we will contact you for authorization and awareness.

All maintenance plans will receive a monthly itemized statement indicating the date your property was maintained with a detailed report of any work performed. In addition, you will receive a summary of any problems and/or issues noted at the job site including supporting photography as applicable.
*Special discounted rate applies to Seniors only, ages 55+.
** Price listed is for labor only and includes the minimum number of hours as stated. Additional hours and materials are extra.
