We guarantee that you pay for labor costs only and never any mark-up on materials. Never. We also give you the option to purchase any required materials or authorize us to buy it for you. If you ask us to purchase materials on your behalf, we pass on the wholesale discounts we enjoy as a volume purchaser directly to you.
One-Year Workmanship Guarantee
While the vast majority of jobs we complete are 100% problem-free, if you do run into a problem with any work we've performed, we'll be back to make it right. Guaranteed!
Our individual craftsmen are all licensed and insured. For one (1) year from the date of a project's completion, Atlanta Property Matters, Inc. will repair, free of charge, any defects in workmanship as determined by the signed contact. This guarantee becomes effective when your check made payable ONLY to Atlanta Property Matters, Inc. has been deposited and credited to our account. Guaranteed service is available by simply contacting Atlanta Property Matters, Inc. as indicated on the invoice. There are no other guarantees expressed or implied, and there is no liability for consequential damages or negligence of any nature or kind. Guarantee is for labor only. Materials are NOT included in the Workmanship Guarantee. Since we do not manufacture products, we cannot warranty the products we use. Material/product manufacturers' standard/normal warranties apply. Guarantee is not applicable if defect was caused by a defective product. Workmanship Guarantee is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Plumbing and electrical project guarantees vary by location - you will be notified in writing of any project that is not covered by our standard Workmanship Guarantee.
